NTAP -- Notice to Tenant of Ability to Pay Rent During Coronavirus Pandemic
This form serves as a notice from the landlord to the tenant, advising of federal, state, county and city orders that protect tenants who are unable to pay rent due to a coronavirus related job loss or loss of substantial income. The form advises tenants to notify landlords immediately if they are unable to pay rent, and that unpaid rent is abated, but not forgiven.

RPD -- Coronavirus Rent Payment Delay and Repayment Agreement
This form provides an agreement between a landlord and tenant to delay the payment of rent, due to the coronavirus, and an agreement to a repayment plan. The form allows the tenant to detail the precise reason for the delay and provide proof of his or her inability to pay.

PEAD-V -- Coronavirus Property Entry Advisory and Declaration
There are now different PEAD forms for sellers, tenants and visitors. The PEAD-V form is intended for use only by visitors, and not the property owner or tenant/occupant. It can be used for sales transactions or rental property. All visitors agree to and are given a copy of C.A.R. document “Mandatory Government Showing Requirements including Best Practices Guidelines and Prevention Plan,” Form BPPP. Visitors also agree to the Posted Rules of Entry, which are reiterated in the form. Accompanied minors are to be identified in the form. A parenthetical in the acknowledgment section indicates it is for record-keeping only but is not necessary for completion of the form.

PEAD-LR -- Coronavirus Property Entry Advisory and Declaration – Owner/Occupant
Unlike the PEAD-V, this form is intended to be used by tenants or others in possession of rented property, or landlords of unoccupied rental property, not visitors. Refers to C.A.R. document “Mandatory Government Showing Requirements including Best Practices Guidelines and Prevention Plan,” Form BPPP. A parenthetical in the acknowledgment section indicates it is for record-keeping only, but is not necessary for completion of the form.
